Hi classmates today
I´m going to talk about the exercise in general and the sports that I practice…
I think that the
exercise is very important for de health of the people and there are many
different types of exercise that you could chose!
The benefits of
playing sports are many, for example it helps to control weight, to prevent
cardiovascular disease, increases metabolism, to prevent diabetes and others
diseases. It strengthens the immune system and helps prevent the cancer.
Other reasons for
the importance of the exercise are improve mood (because the body releases
endorphins. It is the “happiness hormone”), improves concentration, improves
muscle strength and endurance for a beautiful toned body, can even serve as a
de-stressing therapy!
Do sport or exercise
is easy, funny, it helps to your body but you need choose the one you like.
When I went to the
university in 2009, the first semester I did “pilates”.
It is excellent for improves the strength and elongation of the muscles,
pilates looks easy but is really hard!
The next semester I
did “power fitness” and I love it kind of
exercise because it combines cardiovascular endurance,
aerobic, dance entertaining and aerobox. It is really hard but is funnier.
The next years I
did aerobic, dance entertaining, gym machines and bellydancing
in the same day. It was crazy! But I loved…
I did two presentation of bellydance to
finally the semesters in the auditorium of the Faculty of Arts of JGM.
In the actuality I
do exercises in the gym and spinning because I haven´t time for more…
To start exercising
is necessary to complement the sport with a healthy diet! And if you haven´t
money per to pay a gym you can run in the streets… it is free!
