Today I going to talk about a news that to appear in “theguardian”. It is a online site with a lot of news about education, society, money, travel, bussines, tech and other interestings topics.  
  
So I choose the news: What happens to your body if you don't let it sleep?
All the people and specially the students of the universities to have the experience of sleep late or several late nigth because to study, study and study so much for exams, test, oral presentation, etc. 

The news to talk about the problem for the body of the students if we don`t sleep enough. 

The sleep deprivation can do serious damage, overcout when the sleep deprivation is prolonged and frequent for study or partys. It can do neurological cycle of degeneration for example anxiety and bipolar depression. 

Don`t sleep increassed the blood pressure, to affect the heart and the posibilities of to suffer a cancer.

The students to drinks much caffeine and this increased the anxiety. The dopamin levels are increased in a short time and this is bad because the regions of the brain responsible of plannig decisions is down. 

The memory is more slow and is more hard to remember specifics events and all the matter studied. 

So dont`sleep enough is a practic unhealthy because to affect the neurological process and this to difficult the learning. 

All the students universitys, preschooler, schooler, etc need to sleep good for get better results in the process of learning and teaching!
